Course Summary

I really enjoyed this course.  I liked all of the in class activities we did and the freedom to go to our own individual events.  I didn’t like all of the group events but I did like the easy work load of this class.  

I would give this class a thumbs up!

Group Event - MIA

MIA

I really liked this group event the most.  I liked all of the different styles of art and how big the place was.  I wish I had more time to wander around and see more art.  I really liked this group event and I would give it a thumbs up!

Individual Even- Marco Island Art League

Marco Island Art League

The Art League on the island was mainly a clay studio but the few sculptures they did have were pretty cool.  My favorite was the one that extended onto the ceiling.  I thought this art was very impressive and I would give this a thumbs up!

Individual Event - Brushes and Paint

Brushes and Paint Art Show and Sale

This was a small art show on the island I was staying at in Florida, Marco Island.  I really liked a couple water color paintings done by an old man.  Most of the artists did water color painting.  I really enjoyed the art here and I would give this event a thumbs up!

Even though it was cold out I really liked this event.  I’ve never been to the outside area of the Walker Art Center and I was really impressed.  I would rate this as awesome.

I don’t usually like this type of art and I didn’t find any pieces I particularly liked.  I didn’t really get any meanings behind the pieces.

I would rate this as bad.
